How to Book

  1. Submit an Online Interest Form: Start by filling out our online event interest form. A member of our team will contact you within 7-10 days to discuss availability and next steps.
  2. Coordinate with Our Team: We’ll connect with you to discuss your specific event needs, explore available options, and go over payment details over phone or email based on preference.
  3. Make Payment: Once your event is approved, we’ll proceed with payment. Our team will provide all necessary details to finalize this step.  
  4. Sign the Contract: After finalizing the details, an event contract will be prepared for both parties to sign. Once signed, your journey is complete, and our team will handle the rest of your The Orlando Eye planning!

Note: All event sales are final and non-refundable after booking is completed.
